The program is broken into 3 phrases:
- Phase 1: Stabilization - This phase focuses on building a solid weight lifting foundation by improving coordination, balance, and mind-body connection awareness.
- Phase 2: Strength Endurance - This phase focuses on building explosiveness and quickness through compound exercises.
- Phase 3: Muscular Development - This phase focuses on power and mobility through the use of heavier weights, less reps and increased sets.
